Relax and unwind in the rolling hills and expansive lakes of Ambleside - come and spend a weekend getaway in this peaceful Lake District setting with this two night yoga retreat for mind, body and soul

at the wonderful Rydal Hall with Siôn Jones and Rosanna Gordon

Leave the hustle and bustle of daily life behind and join us for an uplifting, rejuvenating and deeply restoring weekend retreat hosted by two experienced yoga instructors.

Enjoy some time for yourself and reconnect with nature and find your balance and ground with the natural rhythms of the season. Join us for a truly indulgent break in a beautiful and unique setting surrounded by woodland and gardens where you can be in good company and let go and immerse yourself in yoga and meditation practices.

Come and enjoy a real seasonal treat!

The retreat will include:

- Two nights full board stay at Rydal Hall. - Daily dynamic and restorative Hatha yoga & meditation sessions. - Fresh and delicious seasonal meals. - A day's hike to Easedale Tarn and a walk around Rydal Water. - Yoga nidra practices. - Optional wild swimming. - Access to Grasmere village and Ambleside. - Meeting and spending time with like-minded people.

Optional extras: Enjoy a Relaxing and rejuvenating massage during your stay.

Please bring your own yoga mats and props, some can be provided on request.

Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels. Beginners are very welcome.

Spaces at Rydal Hall are limited.

Prices per person for two-night retreat:

Standard rooms

Tickets are £405 for 2 nights. All bookings are for a shared room (twin/double) for two people. There are also single rooms available: +£35 pppn

Superior rooms Tickets are £425 for 2 nights. All bookings are for a shared room (twin/double) for two people. There are also single rooms available: +£45 pppn

*Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique used to achieve harmony and a deep relaxation. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, and is performed in a lying position. You are guided on a spiritual exploration, journeying towards the sleep state where you become increasingly aware of your inner world. Emerge feeling well-rested as though you've been asleep for hours.

**Ticket prices include a £150 non-refundable deposit. Deposit to be paid on booking to secure your place, with the balance due six weeks before the retreat arrival date.

Cancellations less than six week before the retreat arrival date are not entitled to a refund. Cancellations between six and twelve weeks before the retreat arrival date are entitled to a 25% refund. Cancellations more than twelve weeks before the retreat arrival date are entitled to a full refund, minus the deposit.
