Leave the hustle and bustle of daily life behind and join us for an uplifting, rejuvenating and deeply restoring weekend retreat hosted by two experienced yoga instructors.
Enjoy some time for yourself and reconnect with nature and find your balance and ground with the natural rhythms of the season.
Join us for a truly indulgent break in a beautiful and unique setting surrounded by woodland and gardens where you can be in good company and let go and immerse yourself in yoga and meditation practices.
Come and enjoy a real seasonal treat!
The retreat will include: - Two nights full board stay at Yr Ocar. - Daily dynamic and restorative Hatha yoga & meditation sessions. - Fresh and delicious seasonal vegetarian/vegan meals. - A beautiful day's hike in Snowdonia national park - Yoga nidra practices. - Optional wild swimming. - Access to Snowdonia's mountains. - Meeting and spending time with like-minded people.
Optional extras: Enjoy a Relaxing and rejuvenating massage during your stay.
Please bring your own yoga mats and props, some can be provided on request.
Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels. Beginners are very welcome.

Prices per person for two-night retreat:
Tickets are £365 for 2 nights. All bookings are for a shared room (twin/double) for two or three people. There are also single rooms available: +£30 pppn

*Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique used to achieve harmony and a deep relaxation. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, and is performed in a lying position. You are guided on a spiritual exploration, journeying towards the sleep state where you become increasingly aware of your inner world. Emerge feeling well-rested as though you've been asleep for hours.
**Ticket prices include a £150 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations up to 15th April will be entitled to a full refund excluding the £150 deposit. Cancellations between 16th April and 31st May are entitled to a 25% refund. Cancellations between 1st June and 14th July are not entitled to a refund.
