6-Week Beginners Yoga Course (Online)
Led by Siôn Jones - This 6-week course is designed for complete beginners who want to feel stronger, more flexible, and deeply relaxed. No experience? No problem. Let’s start your yoga journey together! ​
This class is every Tuesday from 9:30 - 10:30 am on Zoom, for 6 weeks and begins on March 11th. Here's the weekly breakdown:

Week 1 - Yoga Fundamentals
Discover the essentials of yoga in a welcoming environment. You’ll learn basic poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and how to safely align your body.

Week 2 - Find your balance
Explore balancing poses to cultivate stability and focus. Learn how to ground yourself and centre your energy through physical and mental balance exercises.
Week 3 - Happy Hips
Release tension and increase mobility with a focus on hip-opening poses. This session emphasises flexibility, especially in the lower body, while improving posture.
Week 4 - Strong to the Core
Strengthen your centre with core-focused poses and movements. A strong core supports better posture, balance, and overall yoga practice.
Week 5 - Mindful Yoga
Combine yoga poses with mindfulness practices, connecting breath to movement. This session emphasizes being present and moving with intention.
Week 6 - Home Practice
Learn how to take your yoga off the mat with guidance on creating a simple home practice. This session includes tips on sequencing, modifications, and staying motivated.
Booking info:
The course costs £50 (£40 if bought before February 20th). You can book using the link below. If you miss a session for whatever reason, you will be sent the recording to do at home in your own time.
