Namaste and welcome to my yoga and mindfulness website. Here you will find information about myself and my own journey with yoga and mindfulness as well as information about my classes, workshops and courses.  My yoga classes take place throughout the Liverpool area. I teach a Hatha yoga practice with hints of Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga. I've been practising Yoga for over 6 years now and teaching for 3. My classes tend to cater to a large range of students and abilities, all of my classes however are open to beginners. I also teach Mindfulness Meditation classes, courses and workshops. These are aimed at helping people learn the simple and effective tools that mindfulness offers in order to lead a healthy and well balanced life. 


I trained to teach Yoga in it's birthplace of India. I spent 4 months in the country delving deep into the practical, spiritual and philosophical teachings of yoga. I then honed my teaching skills for another 6 months working on yoga retreats throughout Europe. In the Summer of 2018 I completed my Mindfulness teacher training with Zenways, I now teach a range of courses and workshops in Mindfulness


I am happy to be here to help you along your journey with yoga. Discovering yoga transformed my life and I hope I can pass some of what I have learnt on to you as students. If you come to my classes you will be challenged both mentally and physically but I am sure you will leave feeling both refreshed and renewed. Classes focus on developing a strong yoga practise  through building core strength, flexibility and mental control.
